Agenda For the Day
We start the day with some simple easy body movements in order to kick start our endochrine system. We will work all parts of the body and each participant is encouraged to go at their own pace to find their own rhythm. These exercises will literally start to wake you up inside and get your energies flowing. These can be incorporated for daily practice to improve overall general health and wellbeing. This brings our awareness into our body as we start to identify aches, pains and tensions.
Whilst present - students record their current tensions as well as previous body trauma operations and long running chronic pains. This information will be revisited and used later on in the day so students get more insights into their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health and wellbeing and the impact this is having on our bodies.
Next we provide an overview of the bodies chakras (energy centres)
- See how each chakra has a related colour
- Learn how emotions are stored in different parts of the body
- Understand the energetic principles (i.e base/root chakra relates to our foundation)
- Corresponding glands for each chakra.
Participants will gain more insights into their current body tensions and why they have created their illnesses/challenges. They will get a glimpse into how unresolved emotions are presenting in the body. The process starts for participants to start “letting go” of the “issues in the their tissues”
The afternoon has 2 different breathing exercises where you will learn to utilize your breath to shift the energies in your body and rejuvenate your energy centers. Q & A in case you have any questions on the day or the handouts that were provided. Prior to a closing meditation we check in with all participants to share their experience and their new awareness.
